Ameer Balaj aka, Tipu Truckanwala is known as the famous son and grandson of Lahore’s underworld and the owner of a goods transport network. His father Arif Amir, alias Tipu Truckanwala, and grandfather, Muhammad Yousaf, alias Billa Truckanwala were powerful figures of Lahore.
Born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, Tipu Truckanwala nationality is Pakistani. Similarly, Truckanwala and his family believe in Islam (submission to the will of God) making them the followers of the Muslim religion.

According to the police reports, Tipu along with two other guests were fired by an unidentified assailant. Similarly, in response, Tipu’s armed guards fired on the attacker resulting in immediate death.
Truckanwala and other injured guests were rushed to Jinnah Hospital where Truckanwala succumbed to his injuries and died in the hospital while two other guests survived and recovered to stable condition.
