Brian Peck and Josh Peck are not related despite having the same last name.
The former Nickelodeon child actor, Drake Bell has spoken about his alleged experience with Peck in the third installment of “Quiet on Set.”
Nickelodeon is going viral for its unveiling of an allegedly toxic and abusive environment where some of the biggest child actors say that the abusive environment was created by show writer, Dan Schneider.

With the allegation, Peck was later convicted of lewd acts with a minor in 2004. However, Brian continued working in the industry, including on children’s TV shows, until 2018-2019, when he seemingly stopped working in entertainment.
Who is Brian Peck?
Brian Peck is a former American actor, dialogue coach, director, and producer who is a convicted sex offender charged with sodomy, child sexual abuse, and oral copulation by anesthesia or controlled substance.
Peck faced 16 months of life in prison for his crime. During his active years, Peck appeared in several movies such as, The Return of the Living Dead, Boy Meets World, Growing Pains, The Amanda Show, and more.
Why did Drake Bell accuse Brian Peck?
Drake Bell, former Nickelodeon child actor accused Brian Peck regarding his alleged experience in the third installment of “Quiet on Set.”
In 2001, Bell allegedly woke up on the couch one morning where Brian Peck sexually assaulted him. Bell was only 15 years old at that time.
Bell stated, “I froze and was in complete shock and had no idea what to do or how to react, I have no idea how to get out of the situation.”
He said, the abuse was extensive and got much worse over time. Bell mentioned, “I really don’t know how to elaborate on that on camera. Why don’t you do this: Why don’t you think of the worst stuff that someone could do to somebody as a sexual assault, and that will answer your question. It was not a one-time thing.”
Well, after passing through such a horrible state, Bell however got Peck to confess to the alleged abuse on tape which became proof to sentence Peck in 2004 for lewd acts with a minor.
What was Brian Peck Charged with?
After the case was filed and proven guilty, Brian Peck was charged with lewd acts with a minor in 2003. Peck was sentenced to 16 months in prison with criminal charges of sodomy, child sexual abuse, and oral copulation by anesthesia or controlled substances.
