One of the prominent team members of Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mustafizur Rahman left for Chennai on Tuesday morning after his injury during Bangladesh’s third ODI against Sri Lanka in Chattogram.
Mustafizur Rahman is a Bangladeshi international cricketer who is a left-arm fast-medium bowler. Born on 6 September 1995, Rahman is 28 years old and is also known as The Fizz.
Well, his recovery and return to Chennai have definitely given some relief to fellow CSK team members and their fans.
He posted on his Instagram mentioning, “Excited and Looking forward to my new assignment. Heading to Chennai for IPL 2024. Keep me in your prayers so that I can deliver my best.”
Not to mention, Rahman had to be carried off on a stretcher during his match with Bangladesh against Sri Lanka at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
However, with a speedy recovery, Rahman is just in time to join his IPL team for his first match on March 22.
Besides, Mustafizur Rahman, Devon Conway is also suffering from a thumb injury.
