24 years old Indian cricketer, Shubman Gill becomes the youngest batsman to score 3000 runs in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The record was initially held by Indian cricketer, Virat Kohli.
During the match against Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Gujarat Titans (GT), Shubman Gill scored 77 runs in 44 balls to achieve a record of his own.

Well, previously, Virat Kohli achieved the record of being the youngest to reach 3000 runs at 26 years and 186 days. Currently, Gill broke the record with 24 years and 215 days.
With that, he became the second fastest Indian to achieve 3000 runs in the IPL with 94 innings including KL Rahul with the fastest Indian to achieve the milestone in 80 innings.
