Rajasthan's Yogesh Sharma had a successful second stint on Kaun Banega Crorepati, as the contestant didn't just make it to the hot seat but also won a good amount on the show. Second stint, because Yogesh has earlier been on KBC in 2012 but couldn't reach the hot seat. Yogesh's journey to hot seat has been quite interesting, as he had been preparing for KBC for more than five years.

The contestant, who works as a office boy in Jaipur had hidden this fact from her family and friends. After knowing the truth and seeing the video montage, where Yogesh was shown serving tea, his father broke into tears. Host Amitabh Bachchan applauded Yogesh and asked his father not to lose heart, as no work is small or big.
The show also bridged the gap with Yogesh and his father, who'd not communicated with each other for 17 years over some differences. The father-son duo hugged it out on the show and it was an emotional moment for both.
This year KBC's slogan is--Jawab dene ka waqt aa gaya and this is apt for Yogesh. Last time he had told about his selection to his colleagues, family and friends, and was heartbroken when everyone made fun of him when he couldn't make it to the hot seat. However, this time he kept the news of his selection just to his family. He said that this season's slogan is apt for him as everyone will get an answer by seeing him on their TV screens.
Yogesh, who won Rs 25 lakh on the show said that he is good at imitating things, be it anyone's sign or a poem. He had written a revived version of Harivansh Rai Bachchan's Madhushala and recited it on show. He named it Paitis wali Madhushala, as the original poem was written in 1935. Amitabh was so impressed with his version of the poetry that he asked him to give a written copy of it, so that he can upload it on his blog.
